Funds are raised by IMA on a project specific basis. Investors form a syndicate upon settlement, with each investor becoming the holder of an interest in the syndicate with IMA as Manager. The rights and obligations of both the investors and IMA (as Manager) are contained in a syndicate deed.

Presale and or Preleasing Analysis;
