Since 1999 IMA has raised in excess of $145 million from high net worth investors for more than 30 property development projects.

Funds are raised by IMA on a project specific basis. Investors form a syndicate upon settlement, with each investor becoming the holder of an interest in the syndicate. The minimum investment in a syndicate is $500,000 although smaller investments are permitted subject to the satisfaction of certain criteria. IMA manages the syndicate on behalf of the investors, and developers are not required to deal with individual investors.
