Doug McCarroll, General Manager

Prior to joining IMA in 1996, Doug's career included 22 years in the banking industry. This included various positions with ANZ and Broadbank (now NAB NZ). The last 3 years of these was spent as Broadbank's Wellington Regional Manager.

In addition to his duties as General Manager, Doug is also Manager Investment Services and in this role is responsible for:

•  Management of Investor service and administration;
•  Post fundraising investment project management; and
•  Technology.

This includes ongoing liaison and communication with investors, investment advisers, any custodian which may be appointed in relation to ongoing operation of investment vehicles; liaison with trust accountants, auditors and any agents appointed with respect to the ongoing operation of investment vehicles and liaison with other parties such as Marketing Agents in relation to the ongoing monitoring of the underlying investment project.

 

 

Hugo Douglas, Analyst
B Com, Grad Dip App. Fin (SIA)

Prior to joining IMA in 2005, Hugo worked for 5 years in the banking and finance industry both in Australia and the U.K.. This included roles in business banking at the NAB, stockbroking at CSFB in Australia, and OTC Derivatives Support at Deustche Bank in London.

Hugo's role is to assist in the decision making process for each potential project. This includes: -

•  Financial modelling to assess the feasibility of each proposed investment;
•  Liaising with key members of each project;
•  Reporting to IMA investors;
•  Preparation and distribution of financial statements for each project.

 

Juanita Brett, PA to the Managing Director

After studying an Associate Diploma of Business (Office Skills and Administration), Juanita was employed by Ipswich and West Moreton Building Society before joining PRD nationwide.

Juanita worked for PRD nationwide Financial Services, Project Marketing and International divisions prior to joining IMA.

 

Anne Evans, Accountant

Anne commenced with IMA on September 2007.
