Archie was the Co-founder and a Director of PRDnationwide. As one of Australia’s leading real estate practices, PRDnationwide operated corporate offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast as well as, in excess of, 160 franchise offices throughout Australia. PRDnationwide was sold to Colliers International during 2006.

Archie has broad experience in property cycle timing and has skills in property research, sales and marketing.

Gordon Douglas, Director

Gordon was the Co-founder and a Director of PRDnationwide. Gordon has broad experience in property cycle timing and has skills in property research, sales and marketing and continues to be involved in the Gold Coast and Queensland business community.

John Geoffrey Eric Benton, Director

John is the Managing Director of the Jarden Corporation Ltd group of companies with operations in Australasia in the investment and property development area. Jarden became established in the 1970's and developed into New Zealand's largest sharebroking and investment banking organisation at that time. The New Zealand activities were sold to Credit Suisse First Boston in 1990. John was one of the four senior partners responsible for the growth and development of the firm.

John has been a director of a number of listed and non listed companies in activities encompassing finance, property, insurance broking, mining and meat processing. He is chairman of the Wellington meat exporter Taylor Preston Limited and has farming and wine interests in New Zealand as well as his interests in Australia including IMA.

Clive Douglas Schultz, Managing Director
ASIA, FAICD

Clive has 40 years experience in the property and real estate industries through specialist positions with banks, legal firms and finance companies. His areas of expertise encompass acquisitions, development, finance, marketing, and risk management.

Clive has been Managing Director of IMA since 1999 and has overseen the raising of a total of over $145 million for a range of property investments across eastern Australia including both debt and equity facilities. The company has continued to grow and has developed a strong support base in terms of both developers and its valued investors.
